Oceanview Home Services is a family owned and operated business. Mark Kerr originally from Bel Air, Maryland has over 30 years experience in home building and renovation construction. He owned and operated Bay Area Contractors from 1995-2015 framing custom homes, additions and a variety of other interior and exterior renovation projects. From 2015-2020 he operated a furniture installation and interior commercial renovation crew while completing small home based projects on the side. Truly a “jack of all trades” upon moving to South Carolina he decided to start a new business with his son, offering handyman and general repair/renovation services.

SPC. Jesse Kerr has been living in Conway, SC for 4 years. He earned a Bachelors Degree from Coastal Carolina University and is a proud member of the South Carolina Army National Guard. He has been working with his father for years learning the trades and is excited to start this next chapter!
